Donette Brotherson

Donette founded BabyD in 2018 with a passion for nursing specifically for newborns. With over 14 years of experience in childcare, she has held roles as a Kindergarten Teacher, Newborn Care Specialist among other leading roles in the childcare industry.
In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, reading teaching, and fashion designing. Donette noted what she enjoys most about her job is that she gets to help New and Seasoned parents with best practices and techniques to nurture their newborns for the future and ultimately improve their parenting skills.

Shebaun Robinson Newborn care specialist and Human Resource Manager at BabyD Agency.

Shebaun has been a newborn care specialist for over eight years but has been in the childcare industry for over 15 years. As a retired professional dancer, Shebaun's childcare journey as a Dance Teacher for an elementary school in South America. Her passion for children grew and later moved on to be a preschool for one of the top childcare agencies in the region. With children of her own. She noted what she loves about her job is that she gets to share her experiences as a mother while assisting and grooming others for that role and journey. In her leisure time, Shebaun still enjoys, she loves to travel and is also a fitness enthusiast.

Enid Walters Newborn Care Specialist

Meet Enid Walters a Newborn Care Specialist with over 10 years of experience in the field. As a mother herself, Enid noted what enjoys the most about her job, is providing a safe and nurturing environment for babies to develop. She notes that it brings her immense joy of working with the families to provide such convenience and help while they handle their busy schedules. In her leisure time. She enjoys reading, dancing, listening to music and dancing.

Philicea Reid NCS Meet Philicea, a mature and experienced woman in caring for new borns and children of all ages

She has been a newborn care specialist for thw past 2 years and six months, but has been in this line of work for the past 8 years. Being brought up in an extended family, she has extensive experience in this field. Philicea is also a mother of two and has taught literacy for 8 years at a pre-school in her hometown. She enjoys reading and traveling as her hobbies. This woman enjoys being with children/babies and being a part of their upbringing. She advised that discovering their unique personalities and meeting the desires of the parents' hearts brings joy and meaning to her life
